Our ten apartments are set in the centre of Sterzing’s lively old town. In a place where Ida once sorted buttons in her haberdashery shop. Today, the past, elegance, and design merge into one seamless whole. The 14-century walls have been transformed: Gothic parlours with their star-ribbed vaults and ornately decorated beams have been carefully modernised, and large windows let in plenty of natural light to create a cosy atmosphere. Welcome to a special retreat – to relax or to discover the city and nature.

We offer the following cancellation conditions, whereby there is no right of withdrawal with regard to the Consumer Protection Code:
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to ten days before arrival. The deposit paid will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation from the ninth day before arrival, we charge 70% of the travel price.
In the event of cancellation from the third day before arrival, we charge 100% of the travel price.
We expressly refer to the legal provisions of Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code according to Legislative Decree 206/2005.
