Where flavour rules

At Vinzenz, we serve fine wines and delicious dishes in a stylish, relaxed setting – in the spirit of a traditional South Tyrolean Gasthaus, where locals are just as welcome to make themselves at home. Stop by, whether you’re hungry or not, and enjoy a glass or two. Sample traditional favourites or discover something new, whatever you prefer. Our friendly and informal service staff will happily make a recommendation. Vinzenz is open Thursdays to Mondays from 12:00 pm to 10 pm. The kitchen is open throughout from 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

Fine wines

For the past 25 years, we’ve devoted ourselves to the topic of wine. Our selection includes around 800 bottles – an unparalleled collection in Sterzing and its region. In addition, we offer around 30 open wines than can be ordered by the glass. We value sustainably produced grapes, primarily from small wineries. Many of the winegrowers from South Tyrol or Trentino we know personally, maintain friendly relationships with, and regularly visit. Thanks to our experience in food and wine pairings, we can offer personal recommendations tailored to your needs.

Delicious dishes

Explore our menu, inspired by classic Italian cuisine, and prepared with a love for high-quality ingredients. The vegetables stem from our garden or from direct suppliers. Avocados and lemons, for example, come from Sicily, while, from March onwards, fresh produce arrives from South Tyrol several times a week. Our meat is sourced from regional farmers and the Italian gourmet butcher Franco Cazzamali from Romanengo, who supplies first-class veal and beef. Our fish comes from regional farms and is supplemented by Mediterranean varieties – delivered freshly-caught by a supplier from Brescia, with whom we’ve been working with for years.
